Miyazaki Mango
Large and oval, consistently weighing over 350 grams (typically 350 to 510 grams)
The Miyazaki mango—widely known as the "Egg of the Sun" or Taiyo-no-Tamago—is a rare, luxury Irwin-variety mango originating from the Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan. Farmers meticulously grow them using small nets to ensure uniform sunlight and color, allowing only the highest-grade fruits to naturally drop when ripe. They are rich in antioxidants, beta-carotene, folic acid, and vitamin.
